Success in digital copywriting means becoming a chameleon. Every brand’s voice is different, and finding the nuances and shifts in tone that define each are what create a successful online presence. This is especially true now, where generative AI is contributing more than ever to the volume of content online and to the cultural zeitgeist. I have experience with prompt engineering and with the use of generative AI, but as a traditionally trained journalist and editor with years of hard-earned experience, I know how to get to the heart of a brand’s voice and bring it out as stories, marketing copy, and advertising.

VermontVacation Redesign

I played an integral role in the redesign of Vermont Tourism’s website. The updated site launched in April 2024, featuring a complete overhaul of more than 200 pages. I wrote more than 100 new pages for the site myself, conducting thorough market research, working closely with the web design team and SEO team, and delving deep into brand voice to tell Vermont’s story in a more mobile-friendly, accessible, and immersive manner.
